Our
program is designed to help players searching for new a racquet and having
difficulty in locating an authorized dealer in their vicinity.
- We
do not charge a demo fee but do charge for shipping the racquets to
you and back to SRS.

We ship DHL insured or USPS Priority Mail insured, depending upon the number of demos sent.
- The
shipping cost ranges from $10.00 to $15.00 per leg, depending upon
the number of racquets requested.

You can demo up to two racquets at one time.

Racquets will be shipped within 24 hours, if available, from the order
day and usually takes a maximum of two to four days for delivery. You can keep
the racquets for one week. If you receive them on a Saturday the racquets
need to be returned on the following Saturday. SRS will provide you
with a preprinted label for returning the racquets. To return the demos
just drop it off at an authorized HDL shipping center or Post Office.

We want to give as many players as possible a chance to demo these racquets
so it is important that they be returned to us on time. You will receive
an e-mail reminder about 48 hours before the racquets are supposed to
be shipped back. If you ship them late, there is a late fee of $5.00
per racquet, per day. If you are more than 7 days late and/or have not
responded to our attempts to contact you, your credit card will be charged
the full retail value of the racquets and stringing.
